To Curtis Brown, November 16, 1925 At Mr. Capellero, Villa Maria, Spotorno (Genoa), Riviera Ponente. Italy

Dear Curtis Brown, we arrived here yesterday it's nice and sunny, the sea is blue, and I'm sitting out on the balcony right above the beach, writing.

Switzerland was horrible, I hate it anyway, with its drizzle and snow.

I really think we'll find a villa here, all the time. I'm sending you the agreement with Secker for the David together.

And anyway, under the rays of the sun, we care much less about everything.

His D.H. Lowrence
